Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unfortunate event that an item has arrived damaged, please contact us either through the contact form on our website or by email at saffroncoveuk@gmail.com
Please include at least 3 clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item for our reference, as well as your Order Number, Full Name and Delivery Address.Â
We will contact you to let you know the next steps. Please do not return any item(s) to us until we have provided you with instructions.Â
Missing Orders
If you have not received your order, please contact us through the contact form on our website or by email at saffroncoveuk@gmail.com.
Please include your Order Number, Full Name and Delivery Address in your message.Â
Change of Mind
If you are not completely satisfied with a product and wish to return it, please contact us within four weeks from the dispatch date of the order to arrange a refund.Â
The item will need to be returned to in the original condition, with the order number and customer name clearly marked on the outer packaging. Once the returned item has been recieved, a refund will be credited to you. Please note that the cost of shipping (in either direction) will not be refunded, and you will be required to cover the cost of return.
